The National Bank of Ukraine successfully sold a complex of buildings with a total area of over 2,300 square meters on Shevchenko Avenue, which had been damaged by Russian terrorist attacks. During an open auction on the “Prozorro.Sales” platform, the final price of the property reached 93 million hryvnias excluding VAT, which was nearly four times the starting price.

This was reported by the NBU’s press service.

The new official owner of the property is the limited liability production and commercial company “Osminog,” with which the regulator signed a purchase and sale agreement on May 19. According to NBU Deputy Governor Yaroslav Matuzka, this deal marks the twentieth successfully concluded agreement in 2026 regarding property that was transferred to the state regulator to settle the financial debts of insolvent banking institutions.

Over the next six months, the State Property Fund of Ukraine plans to put at least four large-scale privatization projects up for sale.

As a reminder, the SPFU collected nearly UAH 9.5 billion from sanctioned assets in 2025.

The SPFU has also put the Orion Research Institute in Kyiv up for privatization.
