The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rate for the hryvnia as of March 18
The National Bank continues to strengthen the hryvnia against the U.S. dollar, while the euro has risen in value again.
According to the NBU, as of March 18, the official exchange rate for the US dollar is set at 43.94 (-14 kopecks) hryvnia. The euro, on the other hand, will rise slightly in price tomorrow—to 50.63 (+6 kopecks).
As a reminder, the dollar is falling due to lower oil prices.
The dollar has also set a new all-time high and surpassed a psychological threshold.
