Nova Poshta is switching to a decentralized operating model due to shelling
Nova Poshta has announced a change to its logistics model and a transition to decentralized sorting using backup systems for processing shipments. These changes are being implemented to protect customers’ packages and ensure reliable delivery amid the challenges posed by the war.
The logistics restructuring was necessitated by the destruction of central sorting centers. The company has activated additional sorting sites and backup routes, which means shipments may pass through new intermediate locations, and delivery times may temporarily increase. For security reasons, details of the reorganization, the locations of facilities, and routes are not being disclosed. Currently, the company’s network includes over 56,000 service points.
Nova Poshta reported this on its Telegram channel.
