PrivatBank is auctioning off the Dnipro Arena stadium
PrivatBank has listed the “Dnipro-Arena” soccer stadium and a training facility in Dnipro for public auction on the “Prozorro.Sales” platform. The auction is scheduled for October 6, 2026, with a starting price of 140.7 million hryvnias.
The bank acquired these properties in settlement of debts on loans issued prior to its nationalization. The sale is part of a systematic effort to reduce the financial institution’s portfolio of non-core assets.
The “Dnipro-Arena” sports complex has a capacity of 31,000 spectators, while the training facility in Prydniprovsk includes seven soccer fields, an indoor arena, a medical and rehabilitation center, and a cottage community. Individuals subject to sanctions, as well as entities linked to oligarchs or the bank’s former owners, will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

As a reminder, Ukraine held its first land auction as part of the “Land Bank” project.
The State Property Fund has announced the date of the auction for the sale of the Odesa Port Plant.
