Ukrnafta is purchasing 100 new fuel tankers
Ukrnafta will purchase 100 new fuel tankers to reduce its dependence on third-party carriers and ensure a more stable supply of fuel to its gas stations.
The company will purchase 33 of these specialized vehicles through financial leasing and another 67 using its own funds. The first five branded fuel tankers are expected to hit the roads in the near future.
The company notes that developing its own logistics will allow for faster fuel delivery, optimize costs, and increase the network’s resilience amid the war.
Currently, the “Ukrnafta” network, which comprises more than 660 gas stations, is served by about 400 fuel tankers, but the company’s own fleet accounts for only about 10% of transportation.
