Velta sells license for titanium ore mining at Birzulove deposit
Within the framework of group optimization, PKF Velta sold the special permit for industrial mining at the Birzulove titanium ore deposit to Velta Mining as part of a share exchange agreement with the US-Australian group Critical Metals Corp. conducted through European Lithium. Importantly, the permit remains within the group but is no longer owned by LLC PKF Velta.
This re-registration is part of the structural optimization of the group during its transformation process and preparation for attracting investments. The aim is to accelerate the launch of critical metal production projects based on Velta’s mining capacities.
This reorganization is expected to enhance project implementation efficiency and increase investor interest in the group’s future development.
