Construction begins on The Starlings residential complex in Limassol — Cyprus Mail

Construction of The Starlings residential complex within Limassol Greens officially began in Limassol, Cyprus, on September 23, 2026. The complex will include 126 apartments, while sales have already exceeded €15 million, Cyprus Mail reports, citing a press release.

Three buildings and 126 apartments

The project will consist of three buildings, each with a ground floor and five upper floors. They will include two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as six penthouses. Ground-floor apartments will have private gardens.

The complex will be gated and have controlled access. Each building is designed with two separate, spacious entrance lobbies, each with its own lift. The architectural design includes spacious balconies that will create additional outdoor living spaces.

Golf resort infrastructure

A 30-metre swimming pool with a sun terrace and relaxation areas is planned at the centre of each building. The resort's retail area and clubhouse are located approximately a one-minute walk from the complex.

The Starlings is being built as part of Limassol Greens, an integrated residential, golf and recreational project. According to the developer, the complex will offer views of the golf course, Salt Lake, Asomatos Forest and the sea in the Lady’s Mile area. The 18-hole golf course is already operational.

Under the current construction schedule, the handover of the first apartments to buyers is planned to begin 26 months after work starts. The statement also notes that a limited number of apartments remain available for sale.
