Abu Dhabi to host inaugural EuroLeague SuperCup
The first EuroLeague Basketball SuperCup will take place in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on September 18–19, 2026. According to The National (UAE), four teams will play in the preseason tournament: Olympiacos of Piraeus, Real Madrid, Fenerbahce and Dubai Basketball.
Format and participants
The EuroLeague SuperCup will become an annual men's professional preseason tournament and the official start of the EuroLeague season. The inaugural edition will be held in a Final Four format, with two single-game semifinals, a third-place game and a final scheduled.
In the first semifinal on September 18, reigning EuroLeague champion Olympiacos will play Fenerbahce, which won the EuroLeague in 2025. In the other game, Dubai Basketball will face Real Madrid, which has won the EuroLeague 11 times.

Match schedule and tickets
Both semifinals will take place on Friday, September 18, at Etihad Arena on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The Olympiacos-Fenerbahce game will begin at 18:00, while Dubai Basketball's game against Real Madrid is scheduled for 21:00.
On Saturday, September 19, the same arena will host the third-place game at 18:00 and the final at 21:00. Doors for spectators will open at 16:00 on both days.
Single-day tickets for Friday cost from AED 66 to AED 1,326 for courtside seats. Saturday prices range from AED 246 to AED 2,463 for courtside seats. Two-day packages are available from AED 172 to AED 3,445 for courtside seats.
