Zhang Yufei helps China win Asian Games relay in Japan — ECNS
Chinese swimmers won gold in the women’s 4×100-metre freestyle relay at the Asian Games in Nagoya, Japan. The team of Zhang Yufei, Wu Qingfeng, Chen Yujie and Yu Yiting finished in 3 minutes 33.10 seconds and set a Games record, ECNS reports.
Victory for the defending champions
The Chinese quartet competed in the event as the defending champions. After the race, Zhang Yufei said she was pleased with the victory and surprised that the team had managed to break the Asian Games record. She described her relay leg as a performance of the highest level.

Zhang’s fourth Asian Games
These Asian Games were the fourth of Zhang Yufei’s career. According to her, she no longer feels the same nervousness as during her first appearance at the Games. The swimmer said that she wants to swim and feels as though nothing can stop her.
The competitions took place on 20 September as part of the Aichi–Nagoya Asian Games. On the team, Zhang Yufei swam alongside Wu Qingfeng, Chen Yujie and Yu Yiting.
