Marta Kostyuk will face Noskova for a spot in the Wimbledon final
On Thursday, July 9, Ukrainian tennis player Marta Kostyuk will play her Wimbledon semifinal match against Linda Nosková of the Czech Republic.
The match will take place on Center Court at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club. The match is tentatively scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. Kyiv time.
Suspilne will broadcast the match live. It will also be available on Setanta Sports TV channels and its OTT platform.
For Kostyuk, this match could be historic. If she wins, the Ukrainian will advance to the final of a Grand Slam tournament for the first time in the history of Ukrainian tennis.
The rivals have faced each other once before. In the quarterfinals of this year’s WTA 1000 tournament in Madrid, Marta Kostyuk defeated Linda Noskova in two sets—7–6 (7–1), 6–0.
