OnePlus has unveiled its new Turbo 6X series of smartphones, featuring ultra-high-capacity batteries
The Chinese company OnePlus has officially unveiled two new smartphones—the OnePlus Turbo 6X and the OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro—which feature record-breaking battery capacities and high refresh rates.
Both devices are powered by modern MediaTek processors and will be available for purchase on Oppo’s official online store in China, with the first shipments to customers set to begin as early as June 15.
The premium OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro model features a 17.2-centimeter AMOLED display with a resolution of 1272×2772 pixels, a 144 Hz refresh rate, and a built-in optical fingerprint scanner. The smartphone is powered by the high-performance Dimensity 7400 Super chip, paired with up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The main advantage of the Pro version is its ultra-powerful 8,000 mAh battery, and the camera setup includes a 16-megapixel front-facing sensor.
The base model of the OnePlus Turbo 6X is equipped with a 17-centimeter LCD screen with FHD+ resolution, a 144 Hz refresh rate, and a side-mounted biometric scanner in the power button. The device runs on a Dimensity 7360 Super processor with identical memory configurations, features an 8-megapixel selfie camera, and a 7,000 mAh battery. The model is available in black, green, and white, priced from $280 for the 8/128 GB version to $340 for the top-tier 12/256 GB variant.
