Some pensioners will receive higher payments in June: who will get the increases
No general pension adjustment is planned for June 2026 in Ukraine. However, certain categories of pensioners will receive increased payments and additional supplements.
Specifically, the adjustment will apply to working pensioners who, as of April, have accumulated at least 24 months of additional insurance coverage. In June, they will receive an increased pension, as well as back payments for April and May.
In addition, age-based supplements remain in effect:
- for persons aged 70 to 74 — 300 UAH;
- from 75 to 79 years old — 456 UAH;
- 80 years and older — 570 UAH.
The supplements are calculated automatically upon reaching the corresponding age. At the same time, the total amount of the recipient’s pension must not exceed 10,340.35 UAH.
The Pension Fund also reminded that disability pensions may be suspended for individuals who do not undergo a repeat medical examination within the established timeframes. To resume payments, the relevant status must be confirmed in accordance with current requirements.
Pension funding for Ukrainianswas increased in April.
Ukrainians’ attitudes toward the May holidays have changed significantly in recent years. Labor Day on May 1 and Victory Day on May 9 are no longer among the most important holidays for most citizens.
