A traitor has been sentenced to up to 15 years in prison for leaking information about Ukrainian Armed Forces drones
A court has sentenced an FSB agent who served in a strike drone unit on the eastern front and passed classified information to the enemy. According to the Security Service of Ukraine, the traitor received a 15-year prison sentence with confiscation of property for passing data to the occupiers regarding the times, directions, and targets of Ukrainian drone sorties.
This was reported by the SBU.
The investigation established that the mobilized resident of Kropyvnytskyi spied for the Russian special services in exchange for promised earnings. The occupiers used the coordinates of the unit to shell Ukrainian positions with artillery and aerial bombs. At the same time, the FSB of the Russian Federation warned its agent in advance of the attacks so that he could leave the strike zone in time.
The arrest took place while he was preparing another report for the enemy, and evidence of subversive activities was found on the defendant’s phone. The court found the man guilty of high treason committed under martial law. The verdict has now taken legal effect, and the traitor will remain in custody for the entire duration of his sentence.
We remind you that the Security Service of Ukraine detained another agent in Mykolaiv who was working for Russia. This is a repeat offender who passed information about the location of the Defense Forces to the enemy.
Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine issued an in absentia notice of suspicion against Russian Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Trutnev, who is believed to be involved in supporting the war against Ukraine.
In Dnipro and Odesa, Russian agents who were setting fires in the cities were exposed.
