Ukrainians must spend their National Cashback funds by July 31
Ukrainians were reminded that funds accumulated through the “National Cashback” program must be used by July 31, inclusive. Any money remaining on the card after that date will be returned to the state budget.
The funds can be used to pay for utilities and postal services, as well as to purchase Ukrainian books, medications, and other Ukrainian-made goods at participating stores and pharmacies. They may also be used for charitable contributions or donations to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The “Diya” app notes that, for convenience, online bookstores have created separate sections featuring books that can be paid for with the “National Cashback” card. When purchasing medicines, it is recommended to check with the pharmacy in advance to confirm that this payment method is accepted.

The total amount of “National Cashback” payments is approximately ₴8 billion.
Ukrainians will begin receiving payments under the “National Cashback” program for April starting July 3, 2026. According to a decision by the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture, the deadline for using all accrued funds has been extended through July 31.
