Attorney General Kravchenko traveled to Paris for five days to attend PACE hearings — order
On September 13, Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko left for Paris on a five-day business trip to participate in PACE hearings regarding Ukrainian children.
According to a copy of the relevant order from the Prosecutor General dated September 13, which journalists reviewed, Kravchenko traveled to France by car.
The document states that the purpose of the business trip is to participate in a PACE Parliamentary Network hearing titled “Parliamentary Action on Ukrainian Children in the Context of International Responsibility.”
Kravchenko cited Article 9 of Ukraine’s Law “On the Prosecutor’s Office” to justify the trip.
As noted in the order, the business trip is scheduled to last five days, beginning on September 13.
According to the document, all travel expenses are to be covered by the event organizers.
The Office of the Prosecutor General confirmed the information regarding Ruslan Kravchenko’s business trip to Paris and his participation in the PACE hearings on Ukrainian children.
This is evidenced by a copy of the Prosecutor General’s order dated September 13.
Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko released recordings which, according to him, pertain to NABU Director Semen Kryvonos. They allegedly discuss the circumstances surrounding the adoption of a child and the possible grounds for exemption from criminal liability.
Earlier, Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko reported that he was abroad on an official business trip.
The Anti-Corruption Center stated that Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko allegedly left Ukraine after signing the notice of suspicion against NABU Director Semen Kryvonos. The Anti-Corruption Center claims that this may have been done in exchange for the opportunity to leave the country.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office have denied Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko’s statements regarding the alleged notice of suspicion against NABU Director Semen Kryvonos and offers of immunity.
NABU Director Semen Kryvonos does not believe there is a conflict between the Bureau and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), though on August 10 he reported illegal actions against NABU employees. According to him, detectives are being systematically monitored, and law enforcement officials are attempting to obtain information about the progress of investigations and planned investigative actions.
In Kryvonos’s case, the commission included international representatives: Karen Greenaway, Povilas Malakauskas, and Drago Kos, who is also a relative of European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos.
The conditions for a new attack on NABU and the SAPO remain in place, says Kryvonos.

As a reminder, Galushchenko was ordered to post bail of 200 million hryvnias.
