Ukraine and Lithuania Will Speed Up the Implementation of the Drone Agreement
Ukraine and Lithuania have agreed to streamline bureaucratic procedures to move toward the practical implementation of the “Drone Deal” defense agreement.
This was announced by Mindaugas Sinkevičius, Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania, during a joint briefing with Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi in Kyiv.
According to the head of the Lithuanian government, the delay in implementation was caused solely by the formation of new governments in both countries; however, both nations are now committed to accelerating all processes. For its part, the Ukrainian side expressed hope that it would be able to report on practical results of cooperation at the working-level already during the next meeting.
