The number of users of the "Ukrzaliznytsia" app has reached 7 million

The JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” app has 7 million users, representing an increase of 2 million users (nearly 40%) over the past year. Currently, 71% of all train tickets are purchased through this service, which is the highest rate of online sales among state-owned rail carriers in Europe.

In total, 67 million tickets for domestic and international routes have been purchased since the app’s launch.

This year, the app introduced the option to purchase tickets for commuter trains—1.5 million tickets have already been booked through this feature. Additionally, since the beginning of 2026, passengers have purchased over 400,000 tickets using the auto-renewal feature.

Earlier, Ukrzaliznytsia changed the route of three trains passing through Stryi.

During the summer travel season, Ukrzaliznytsia passengers began leaving their personal belongings in train cars more frequently. The number of reports regarding lost property exceeded 100 cases per day.
