The curfew has been shortened in Sumy Oblast

The curfew in Sumy Oblast has been shortened—it will now be in effect from midnight to 5:00 a.m.

The decision was made at a meeting of the Regional Defense Council together with military command and relevant agencies.

As noted by Regional State Administration Head Oleg Grigorov, the changes were implemented in response to requests from the business community. “This is a step taken with the needs of the people and the support of economic activity in mind—to create more favorable conditions for business operations, prevent the relocation of enterprises, and improve transportation links,” he explained.

At the same time, in frontline communities, the duration of the curfew may vary depending on the security situation.

Starting at 12:00 a.m. on February 7, 2026, the Uklon app will operate 24/7 in seven additional cities: Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kryvyi Rih, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv.
