A Kharkiv coffee shop is making an 18-kilogram strawberry tiramisu
In Kharkiv, one of the coffee shops has decided to surprise its guests once again and is preparing a giant strawberry tiramisu weighing 18 kilograms, effectively doubling its previous record. The shop promises not only to display the dessert but also to let visitors try it.
In Kharkiv, the local coffee shop Makers continues to experiment with the scale of its desserts, and this time it’s taken on a tiramisu that’s hard to imagine in a regular serving—it will weigh 18 kilograms. This isn’t the first such attempt by the café; previously, they prepared a strawberry tiramisu half this size, weighing 9 kilograms, and at that time, people from all over the city came to sample it.
Now the pastry chefs have decided to raise the bar even higher and literally double the previous result, creating a dessert that resembles a festive installation more than a classic sweet treat. The restaurant notes: “We’re making an 18-kg strawberry tiramisu for you—twice as much as last time. We’re also serving our signature raspberry-cucumber lemonade.”
The photos released show a large dessert generously topped with fresh strawberries, beneath which layers of tiramisu are hidden. They plan to serve it to guests in small portions for tasting, so that anyone who wants to can try this sweet record-breaker without rushing or waiting in line.
In Chernivtsi, the first social housing facility in western Ukraine for displaced persons from Mariupol has opened, capable of accommodating up to 140 people.
