Temperatures are expected to rise in Ukraine on July 26, but some regions will see rain
On Saturday, July 26, mostly warm weather is expected across Ukraine, though rain, heavy downpours in some areas, and thunderstorms are forecast for a number of regions. Air temperatures in most regions will range from +22 to +28 degrees.
According to weather forecasters, the western part of the country will be sunny and dry. Temperatures will reach +23…+27 degrees, and in Zakarpattia—nearly +30.
Dry and warm weather will also persist in northern Ukraine. During the day, temperatures will range from +22 to +27 degrees.
In the east of the country, rain is expected, with heavy precipitation and thunderstorms in some areas. Air temperatures will range from +21 to +23 degrees, and up to +25 in the Kharkiv region.
In the central regions, sunny weather will prevail with temperatures ranging from +22 to +27 degrees. At the same time, rain is forecast for the Dnipropetrovsk region.
In southern Ukraine, temperatures will reach +24…+28 degrees. Rain and showers are expected only in Crimea and the Zaporizhzhia region.
As a reminder, on Sunday, July 26, warm summer weather will continue across Ukraine, but some regions will experience brief showers accompanied by thunderstorms. The heaviest precipitation is expected in the east of the country, in the Azov region, and in Crimea.
Experts at the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center analyzed the climatic characteristics of July in Ukraine and outlined preliminary weather trends for the second month of summer. According to their estimates, July may continue to show above-average temperatures compared to normal levels.
