NABU Director Semen Kryvonos stated that corruption renders the government apparatus ineffective, which directly affects the construction of shelters and the protection of energy infrastructure facilities.
He made these remarks during a briefing.
According to Kryvonos, corruption prevents government agencies from fully organizing procurement and implementing projects to create the necessary network of shelters and protective infrastructure.
“Corruption equals inefficiency,” the NABU director concluded.
Earlier, the 65-year-old father of NABU detective Sentyabr Magamedrasulov was remanded in custody.
