Gasoline and Diesel Prices in Ukraine on October 3: Where Fuel Is Most Expensive
As of October 3, 2026, Ukraine’s largest gas station chains have adjusted their prices for certain types of fuel. The average price of A-95 gasoline at the monitored chains is approximately 90.00 UAH per liter, and diesel fuel is 99.85 UAH per liter.
Compared to October 2, changes in fuel prices were recorded at two of the seven chains included in the daily monitoring.
The price of diesel fuel changed the most at the KLO chain. The price of regular diesel rose by 2.10 UAH per liter—from 98.80 to 100.90 UAH.
At the same time, premium diesel at KLO, on the other hand, became 2.10 UAH per liter cheaper. The price of DP+ fell from 100.90 to 98.80 UAH.
Changes also occurred at the “BRSM-Nafta” network. There, A-95 gasoline fell in price from 85.99 to 85.58 UAH per liter, and diesel fuel from 96.99 to 96.44 UAH per liter.
At the same time, autogas at “BRSM-Nafta” rose from 42.49 to 42.59 UAH per liter.
At UPG, OKKO, WOG, SOCAR, and “Ukrnafta” stations, fuel prices have remained unchanged since October 2.
As of October 3, the OKKO, WOG, and SOCAR chains offer the highest fuel prices.
Meanwhile, the lowest prices are traditionally found at “BRSM-Nafta” and “Ukrnafta” gas stations.
Thus, the fuel market remained largely stable on October 3, although some chains adjusted their prices for gasoline, diesel, and autogas.
As of October 2, 2026, the most expensive gasoline and diesel in Ukraine were offered by the OKKO, WOG, and SOCAR gas station chains. At the same time, most major gas station chains did not change their fuel prices.
On October 1, the largest gas station chains did not change their fuel prices. The average price of A-95 gasoline was 90.06 UAH per liter, and diesel fuel was 99.20 UAH.
At the end of September, a 3–4-liter pot of classic Ukrainian borscht cost about 153 UAH. Compared to the calculation from September 17, the cost of the dish rose by more than 8 UAH.
On Ukraine’s domestic market, prices for onions have risen since the beginning of this week. Average wholesale prices are already 21% higher than at the end of last week.
A gradual increase in prices for imported medications is expected in Ukraine due to changes in the dollar exchange rate, rising fuel costs, and higher shipping expenses. This was reported by Oleksandr Komarida, chairman of the board of the European Pharmaceutical Association.
