After the frost, warm weather will return to Ukraine, with temperatures reaching up to +21°

A new wave of autumn warming is expected in Ukraine in early October. The weather will not change significantly this coming weekend: it will be comfortable during the day, with frosts possible in some areas at night.

According to meteorologist Vitaliy Postrygan, the weather is currently influenced by the blocking high-pressure system Borchert, which spans the region from the Mediterranean to the White Sea. Its eastern edge is bringing cool, dry air from the northeast into Ukraine.

The situation will change at the start of the new workweek. The direction of air currents will shift to the south, allowing warmer air to flow into Ukraine.

Overnight temperatures will rise to +3…+8°, and daytime highs will reach +16…+21°.
