The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense is launching the first phase of the “Basic Level of Support” project, which provides for a guaranteed monthly supply of drones to combat units.
According to Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, this will allow brigades to plan combat operations in advance and enable manufacturers to forecast demand and scale up production.
Units will be able to independently select the UAVs they need through the DOT-Chain Defense weapons marketplace. Deliveries will begin as early as July.
In the first phase, the military will receive FPV drones, fiber-optic drones, Mavic drones, bombers, reconnaissance “wings,” and light medium-range strike drones.
Following inspections in May, the two largest payment terminal networks—EasyPay (LLC “FC ‘Kontraktovy Dom’”) and City24 (LLC “Swift Garant”)—were hit with massive fines: 135 million hryvnias each.
Servicemen of the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine “Azov” and other National Guard brigades began receiving monetary rewards for destroyed and captured equipment belonging to the Russian occupation forces.
