There is no significant combat force on the border with Belarus, according to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine
As of today, no significant strike force has been detected on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border. At the same time, the threat of a new Russian attack, possibly involving Belarusian troops, remains a concern.
According to him, the Belarusian government is attempting to shift the blame onto Ukraine by claiming there is an alleged threat from the Ukrainian side.
Andriy Demchenko emphasized that there are currently no signs of a large-scale strike force being formed on Belarusian territory.
At the same time, border guards continue to consider the possibility that Russia may attempt to attack Ukraine again, and that the Belarusian military may officially join the aggression.
“All of this will continue until Belarus stops supporting Russia. But the extent to which the threat to us is increasing, and how it might change overall—that is a task for the intelligence units, and they are monitoring what is happening on Belarusian territory,” Demchenko noted.
According to the State Border Guard Service spokesperson, Ukrainian intelligence units are constantly monitoring the situation in Belarus and assessing possible changes in the threat level.
The information gathered is forwarded to military command authorities so that they can, if necessary, make decisions regarding the reinforcement of specific sectors.
Thus, the current situation on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border does not indicate preparations for a large-scale offensive; however, Ukraine continues to closely monitor the actions of Minsk and Moscow due to the ongoing potential military threat.

In the Gomel region of Belarus, near the Yakymivka station, a new military training ground is being built with railway infrastructure capable of facilitating the rapid movement of heavy equipment. The facility is located approximately 40 km from the Ukrainian border, and its construction is confirmed by satellite imagery and government procurement data.
