Effective October 3, 2026, temporary restrictions on the presence of civilians have been imposed in certain areas of the Kremenchuk District in Poltava Oblast. The Poltava Oblast Defense Council adopted the corresponding decision.

According to the council, the restrictions are related to security measures and will remain in effect from October 3, 2026, until further notice.

“In connection with security measures, the Poltava Oblast Defense Council has restricted the presence of civilians in certain areas near the settlements of Horishni Plavni, Reduty, Kam’yani Potoky, and Chykalivka in the Kremenchuk District of the Poltava Region. The restrictions are in effect from October 3, 2026, until further notice,” Dyakivnych wrote on his Telegram channel.

In the designated areas, civilians are prohibited from fishing, hunting, and mushroom picking.

Photography and video recording are also prohibited in these areas.

Separate entry restrictions have been established. Only people residing in this sector are permitted to enter the designated area.

Authorities in the Poltava region emphasized that these restrictions are temporary.

A separate announcement will be made regarding their lifting.
