In the Carpathian region, a female prosecutor was charged in connection with a reservation scheme
A prosecutor at one of the district prosecutor’s offices in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast was notified that she is suspected of extorting an unlawful benefit in exchange for assisting in the employment of a man subject to military service, followed by the formalization of his exemption from mobilization.
According to the investigation, the official offered to help secure employment at a healthcare facility. She claimed to have the ability to influence the relevant officials through a third party.
For this service, the prosecutor, according to the investigation, received $1,000 in illegal benefits.
The issue of selecting a preventive measure and suspending the suspect from her position is currently being decided.
