Next week, the Lithuanian prime minister plans to visit Ukraine
Lithuanian Prime Minister Mindaugas Sinkevičius plans to make an official visit to Ukraine next week.
“I will travel next week (to Ukraine—ed.). I will meet with the prime minister and other politicians,” Sinkevičius said.
According to him, given the situation in Ukraine, “it is difficult to know in advance whether all the meetings will take place,” so the itinerary may be adjusted.
The Lithuanian prime minister intends to meet with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during the visit.
The Lithuanian prime minister also plans to visit Poland in the near future. “The date has not yet been set, but such a visit will definitely take place, and I would like to make it as soon as possible,” he added.
According to LRT, he told reporters this at the Seimas on Thursday.
