Weather in Ukraine on April 13: Forecasters predict sleet and rain
On Monday, April 13, unstable weather is expected across Ukraine, with rain and sleet in some regions.
Despite nighttime frosts, daytime temperatures will begin to gradually rise, according to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
According to meteorologists, western regions will see cloudy skies with some sunny breaks, and light rain in places.
Temperatures will range from +1 to -1 °C at night, while during the day the air will warm up to +9…+13 °C.
A similar weather pattern will be observed in the northern regions of the country, where brief precipitation is also possible. At night, temperatures will range from +1 to –2 °C, while during the day, more comfortable temperatures of +10 to +13 °C are expected.
Central regions will be in the zone where air masses collide, leading to light rain and, at night, even wet snow. Nighttime temperatures will range from +5 to —1 °C, but during the day the sun will warm the ground to +9…+14 °C.
Southern regions will also see precipitation: forecasters predict rain, which will turn into wet snow in some places at night. Nighttime temperatures will range from +3…+5 °C, while daytime highs will reach +10…+15 °C.
The warmest weather is expected in eastern Ukraine, although cloudy skies with some sunny breaks and light rain are still likely.
At night, temperatures will range from +3 to +5 °C, and during the day, residents of the eastern regions will be able to enjoy temperatures up to +15 °C.
