The eBaly program has been expanded to include frontline troops and mobile fire teams
Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov announced the addition of new categories to the "Army of Drones" bonus system—a program that allows units to convert combat successes into new weaponry. From now on, points will be awarded for verified hits from sniper systems, as well as for effective performance by small-scale air defense units, including mobile fire groups and army aviation.
According to the minister, these units are critical for defending the skies, so their effectiveness must be factored into the overall system of incentives and supply.
In addition to expanding the categories, the ministry has introduced higher point multipliers for the use of the latest methods of deploying unmanned systems. Fedorov noted that to date, units have already placed orders for drones, electronic warfare equipment, and robotic systems through the Brave1 Market platform totaling over 20 billion hryvnias. The eBali system, which began with recording drone strikes, now covers reconnaissance and missions involving ground-based robotic systems. The goal of the update is to accelerate technology cycles and provide units with the most modern equipment based on their actual performance on the battlefield.
As a reminder, Fedorov reported on the occupiers’ losses from Ukrainian drones this winter.
Fedorov also revealed the strategy for finalizing mobilization plans.
