The "Reserve+" app update is now available to all users, the Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday, acknowledging that difficulties with the app may arise due to high traffic. The ministry added that the situation should stabilize shortly.
“This morning, some users received a notification that they needed to update ‘Reserve+’. The update is already available on iOS and Android,” the ministry said in a statement.
Due to high traffic, users may temporarily experience difficulties with logging in or using certain features. The Ministry of Defense advises users in such cases to wait a while and try again. Prior to this, social media reports indicated that the “Reserve+” app had experienced a glitch.
As a reminder, the “Reserve+” app experienced a major outage, and data is not being updated.
Prior to this, on the evening of August 22, the “Army+” app and some “Reserve+” services were temporarily unavailable due to technical work on the “Trembita” system. The work was scheduled to take place from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and the Ministry of Defense warned that restoring all services might take longer.
On August 18, PrivatBank experienced technical issues with several of its services. Customers report that they are unable to pay with their cards when making purchases.
