The SBU detained four enemy propagandists in Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia
The Security Service of Ukraine, in cooperation with the National Police, detained four pro-Russian online agitators in Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia who justified Russia’s armed aggression and called for the seizure of Ukrainian cities.
In the capital, law enforcement officers exposed a sexton at one of the churches of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church—Moscow Patriarchate, who, on his own Telegram channel, called for the capture of Kyiv, as well as a blogger who threatened members of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and called for the arson of religious buildings. In Zaporizhzhia, counterintelligence officers exposed an employee of a defense enterprise who called on Russian troops to launch missile strikes on Kyiv and Lviv, as well as a lab technician at a private clinic who denied Russian shelling on social media.

During searches of the suspects’ premises, computer equipment and cell phones containing evidence of illegal activity were seized. The detainees were notified of charges under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine; they face up to eight years in prison with confiscation of property.
