The condition of Nazarii Gusakov, a suspect in a money laundering case, has deteriorated sharply
The condition of Nazarii Gusakov, a Lviv resident with SMA who is suspected of fraud during fundraising and money laundering, has significantly worsened.
His attorney, Natalia Beldiy, reported this to Suspilne.
According to her, Gusakov’s muscle activity is currently at zero.
“He can’t even lift his arm anymore, really. At the same time, he’s talking and is completely lucid,” the lawyer said.
Nazarii Gusakov is currently under nighttime house arrest. On May 22, the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv extended his pretrial detention for another two months.
According to the defense attorney, the defense does not plan to appeal this decision.
