A court ordered ATB to pay over 1 million hryvnias to the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council

The Commercial Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast ordered ATB-Market LLC to pay over 1.13 million hryvnias to the Dolyna City Council.

This is stated in the court’s decision dated March 12.

The ruling concerns inflation-related losses and 3% annual interest due to the late payment of the equity contribution following the construction of a supermarket in Dolyna.

The company paid the principal amount of the equity contribution—1.48 million UAH—only in September 2025, although it was required to do so earlier.

The court determined that the delay lasted from June 2021 to September 2025.

ATB-Market requested that the amount of payments be limited by the statute of limitations, but the court denied the request.

As a result, the company was ordered to pay nearly 945,000 UAH in inflation losses and approximately 189,000 UAH at 3% per annum.

An explosion occurred at an ATB supermarket in Chernihiv, caused by a small explosive device that fell during the repulsion of an enemy drone attack. There were no casualties; the sales floor has been inspected, and the situation is under control. Police and experts are currently investigating the details of the incident.
