Timofey Milovanov reported ₴3.3 million in salary from Energoatom

Timofey Milovanov, president of the Kyiv School of Economics and an external advisor to the Office of the President, has declared income from his work on the supervisory board of Energoatom.

This was reported on Facebook by MP Oleksiy Honcharenko.

According to the 2025 declaration published by MP Oleksiy Goncharenko, Milovanov’s salary amounted to 3,372,387 UAH, which is approximately equal to $77,000.

Commenting on the declaration, Goncharenko noted: “He supervised so well that, in some strange way, he didn’t notice how Mindich and company were stealing the money.”

Mylovanov officially reported his income in the declaration, confirming the transparency of the compensation he received for his work at the energy company.

Earlier, Serhiy Tyurin, head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration, published his 2025 declaration. The main changes were an increase in salary and the absence in the declaration of a Kyiv apartment previously used by his son Danylo.

Earlier, Ihor Ilchenko, acting head of the National Social Service of Ukraine, reported 18,223 UAH in income in his 2025 electronic declaration.
