Fuel prices in Ukraine on March 26: Gasoline prices remain stable, while diesel prices are rising
The largest gas station chains in Ukraine have updated their fuel prices: the average price of A-95 gasoline has remained virtually unchanged at around 72.72 UAH per liter, while diesel costs 84.48 UAH.
This is evidenced by market monitoring data.
Some gas stations have seen isolated price increases: at OKKO, autogas rose by 1 UAH, while prices for other types of fuel remained unchanged.
At UPG gas stations, prices for gasoline and diesel fell by a few hryvnias, except for autogas.
The most expensive fuel is offered by the OKKO, WOG, and Socar chains, while the cheapest is available at Ukrnafta and BRSM-Nafta.
The price increases are driven by fluctuations in global oil prices, geopolitical risks, and exchange rates. The Antimonopoly Committee notes that Ukraine’s light petroleum products market is entirely dependent on imports, and state regulation of fuel prices is not feasible. Price hikes are also being observed across Europe as a whole.

At the same time, Ukrainian authorities are trying to stabilize the market: President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced agreements with Naftogaz and Ukrnafta to curb prices, while Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced the possibility of cashback for citizens when purchasing fuel.
As a reminder, as of March 25, the largest gas station chains in Ukraine have updated their fuel prices. The average price of A-95 gasoline has remained virtually unchanged at approximately 73.01 UAH per liter.
As of March 24, 2026, the average cost of fuel across Ukraine’s regions shows a noticeable difference depending on logistics and distance from the borders.
