The Verkhovna Rada's Temporary Investigation Commission invited Palantir's CEO to a meeting regarding potential cooperation with Fedorov
The Verkhovna Rada’s Temporary Investigative Commission has invited Alex Karp, CEO of the U.S. company Palantir Technologies, to a hearing on September 14. The main topic of discussion will be Palantir’s possible collaboration with former Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov.
According to Goncharenko, the parliamentary commission is interested in determining whether reports of a possible strategic investment by Palantir in Mykhailo Fedorov’s new project are true.
“We are interested in whether the plans regarding Palantir’s strategic investment in Fedorov’s new project are true.
Our TSK wants to get to the bottom of this issue and understand the risks that may arise,” Goncharenko wrote.
Alex Karp is expected to attend the TSC meeting on September 14, where lawmakers plan to seek clarification regarding the company’s potential plans and its collaboration with the Ukrainian politician.
The commission intends to pay particular attention to the potential risks that could arise if such an investment project is implemented.

On September 4, MP Oleksiy Honcharenko once again invited former Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov to a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada’s Temporary Investigation Commission. According to the MP, Fedorov may participate in the meeting online if he is currently abroad.
Goncharenko noted that he expects Fedorov to appear on September 14. He said the former minister could join the meeting either in person or remotely.
Earlier, the police were instructed to bring representatives of the foundation where Fedorov is staying to the TSC meeting.
