Brave1 will introduce a new reward for drone operators

Brave1 will introduce a new reward for drone operators

The “eBaly” system, part of the Brave1 defense cluster, plans to launch a new initiative. Ukrainian military personnel will be able to receive rewards for verifying cases of suicide among Russian military personnel.

Ukraine continues to expand the capabilities of the “eBaly” system, which operates within the Brave1 defense cluster and incentivizes military personnel for completing specific combat missions. According to Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, another feature will be added to the system in the near future. This involves rewards for the documented confirmation of suicide cases among Russian military personnel. “Many ideas are generated within Brave1 precisely thanks to the ‘eBaly’ system, which is actively developing, and we are currently working to introduce new categories. Soon we will launch new categories for which, essentially, ‘eBals’ will be paid out. One of the most interesting is the documentation of suicides among Russians,” Fedorov stated.

According to the minister, this idea arose following actual events on the front lines. He explained that several months ago, Ukrainian drone operators in one sector of the front recorded several instances of suicides among Russian soldiers at once. Following this, Fedorov said, a decision was made to create a separate incentive mechanism for units conducting aerial reconnaissance and documenting such cases.

The new initiative is expected to become part of the existing “eBaly” system, which is used within the Brave1 ecosystem. It involves awarding points for completing specific tasks, which can later be used to obtain necessary equipment or other resources for the units. The minister did not specify exactly when the new feature will become available. However, he indicated that the launch will take place in the near future. Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov announced this during the Brave1 Advantage event.

Ukraine continues to develop its own defense technologies and is already testing laser-based air defense systems. Work is also underway on low-cost interceptor missiles, new drones, and defense systems against ballistic missiles and guided aerial bombs
