Students to Stand Trial in Kyiv for Selling More Than 3 kg of Psychotropic Substances
An indictment has been filed against two students from a Kyiv university who are accused of the illegal possession and distribution of psychotropic substances on a particularly large scale.
According to the investigation, the man and woman were packaging PVP, 4-MMS, 4-CMS, MDMA, and ketamine for sale in a rented house. In total, law enforcement officers seized more than 3 kg of psychotropic substances.
The accomplices were detained in May in one of Kyiv’s districts with the psychotropic substances they planned to sell. They are charged with a crime under Part 3 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
