Russian-language content has been banned in public spaces in Kropyvnytskyi
The Kropyvnytskyi City Council has adopted a resolution imposing a moratorium on the public use of Russian-language cultural content within the municipality.
The ban covers the playback of Russian-language songs, music videos, and promotional and entertainment audio and video materials in shopping centers, stores, restaurants, and on public transportation.
The moratorium also applies to concerts, theater performances, club events, and other entertainment events conducted in Russian.
In addition, the promotion of Russian-language cultural content is prohibited during mass events, as well as in municipal educational, sports, and recreational facilities.
City council officials explained that the decision aims to protect Ukraine’s information space from the influence of the aggressor state and to strengthen national identity.

Support for the VR platform on Quest devices will end by mid-June, and the app will be removed from the app store by the end of March.
In addition, Meta Platforms Inc. announced a price increase for its Quest VR devices due to a significant rise in the cost of manufacturing high-performance equipment. The changes took effect on April 19 and will affect the U.S., U.K., European, and Japanese markets.
