Ukrzaliznytsia is launching a new regional train service between Odesa and Karolino-Bugaz
JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” is introducing an additional regional train No. 838/837 on the Odesa–Karolino-Bugaz route, which will run in both directions starting June 28 on even-numbered days. The new service is intended to improve transportation links to the coast during the summer season.
“For the comfort of passengers, a modernized electric train equipped with air conditioning will operate on the route,” Ukrzaliznytsia announced on Telegram on Friday.
Departures from Odesa are scheduled for 9:17 a.m., with arrival in Karolino-Bugaz at 10:18 a.m.
As for the return trip, the train will depart from Karolino-Bugaz at 10:40 a.m. and arrive in Odesa at 11:46 a.m.
Ukrzaliznytsia emphasized that the schedule is designed to coincide with the arrival in Odesa of morning long-distance trains from abroad, as well as from Dnipro, Lviv, Kyiv, Kryvyi Rih, Rakhiv, and Chernivtsi.
Tickets are available in the “Ukrzaliznytsia” app under the “Long-Distance” section, according to the announcement.
