A service for drivers to pay traffic fines has been launched on "Dii"

A new digital service has been launched in Ukraine—parking violation fines are now displayed in the Diya app and in the driver’s online account.

This was announced by Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko.

Users can view inspectors’ citations and their payment status online.

Previously, digital services only displayed traffic violations recorded automatically or issued by patrol officers. As a result, drivers did not always learn about fines for illegal parking in a timely manner and could miss payment deadlines.

According to the minister, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with local communities and specialists from the state-owned enterprise “Infotech,” carried out the necessary technical improvements to ensure the accurate display of such fines.

Currently, the service is already operational in the following cities: Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Lviv, Dnipro, Drohobych, Bila Tserkva, and Vinnytsia.

“We are continuing the digitization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ services so that every citizen has convenient, transparent, fast, and secure access to government services,” Klymenko noted.

Earlier, the “Diya” app launched beta testing of a new service—submitting applications for one-time financial assistance for active-duty military personnel.

A new inclusive section has been launched on the Diya.Business portal.

Ukraine has authorized the temporary reservation of defense industry workers through “Diya.”
