Cool temperatures, strong winds, and wet snow are expected in Ukraine on April 27
On Monday, April 27, Ukraine will see mostly cool weather with strong winds. Rain and sleet are possible in some regions.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
“Variable cloudiness. In the north and northeast of the country, light rain in some places, occasionally with wet snow; no precipitation in the rest of the territory,” the report states.
Forecasters predict a northwesterly wind with speeds of 7–12 m/s. In most regions, except for the western regions, gusts of up to 15–20 m/s are possible.
Daytime temperatures will range from 6–11°C, while in the south and southeast of the country it will be slightly warmer—11–16°C.
In Kyiv and the surrounding region, variable cloudiness and light rain in some areas are expected. The wind will also be northwesterly, 7–12 m/s, with gusts up to 15–20 m/s.
The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center has released a forecast for the second month of spring, according to which temperatures and precipitation will remain within the climatic norm.
After a cold winter, Ukrainians are looking forward to spring warmth, but April will bring not only sunshine but also weather “swings.”
