Water supply has been restricted in Uzhhorod due to the low water level of the Uzh River
In Uzhhorod, water supply restrictions will remain in effect until August 15 for residents of the city’s right bank due to low water levels in the Uzh River.
Due to the drop in water levels, the municipal utility has had its permitted water withdrawal volumes from the surface intake reduced.
As a result, the water utility may reduce water flow, particularly at night, and residents are urged to use water sparingly.

In Marganets, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, round-the-clock repairs are underway on the main water pipeline. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha.
There has been no water in Marhanets, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, for several days. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called the situation shameful and stated that the official responsible for the problem would be dismissed. According to him, authorities at the local and regional levels were too slow to respond to people’s needs.
