The High Anti-Corruption Court has issued a ruling regarding the former chairman of the supervisory board of Sens Bank
The High Anti-Corruption Court has imposed a preventive measure on Mykola Hladyshenko, the former chairman of the supervisory board of “Sens Bank.” He is a suspect in a criminal case involving the laundering of 150 million hryvnias to post bail for former Minister of Energy and Justice Herman Halushchenko.
The High Anti-Corruption Court imposed a preventive measure on the suspect, Hladyshenko, in the form of bail set at 7 million hryvnias.
Gladyshenko has five days to post the bail; otherwise, the prosecutor will file a motion to impose a stricter pretrial restriction.
In addition, Gladyshenko is required not to leave Kyiv, to surrender his passports for travel abroad, and to refrain from communicating with individuals implicated in the “Forest Gump” case, among other conditions.
“In fact, according to the prosecutor, Gladyshenko, acting on behalf of JSC ‘Sens Bank,’ ensured from start to finish that there were no obstacles to posting bail for Galushchenko,” the statement reads. To this end, he enlisted the help of Lyudmyla Snigur, the head of the financial monitoring department at “Sens Bank.”
The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office requested that he be held in custody with the possibility of posting bail in the amount of 150 million hryvnias, given Gladyshenko’s financial status.
The judge decided to partially grant the prosecutor’s office’s motion, which sought to arrest Gladyshenko, and set his bail at 7 million hryvnias.

SENS Bank is involved in the Forest Gump case in connection with the bail for Galushchenko—Zheleznyak.
As a reminder, searches are being conducted at Sens Bank as part of a special anti-corruption operation by NABU and the SAPO.
NABU and the SAP announced a special operation to expose a criminal organization that, according to preliminary data, operated under the leadership of current and former members of the Ukrainian Parliament and with the participation of high-ranking officials from the Office of the President and other individuals.
As part of the “Forest Gump” anti-corruption operation, searches are also being conducted at the residence of Iryna Mudra, the deputy head of the Office of the President.
NABU and the SAPO have released wiretap recordings in connection with the “Forest Gump” anti-corruption special operation.
