Video: A child who had been abducted turned out to be 30 years old; the TCC provided information about mobilization
The man on a bicycle, who was referred to as a “child” in a video posted on social media, turned out to be a 30-year-old man subject to military conscription. The Volyn Regional Military Registration and Enlistment Office reported that after his detention, he underwent a medical examination and was deemed fit for military service.
On the same day, the man was drafted into military service.
As noted, the video from Manevychi was shared on social media on September 9. The footage shows at least five military personnel surrounding the cyclist. A woman who ran up to them shouted, “What are you doing? He’s just a child!”

” The authors of one of the local Telegram channels also claimed that TCC employees allegedly pushed the minor off his bicycle and forcibly put him into a car.
The Volyn Military Registration and Enlistment Office stated that the incident actually took place on September 7. According to the military registration and enlistment office, the patrol was following a designated route when they noticed a cyclist. Upon seeing the soldiers, the man allegedly tried to flee.
At first, he refused to show his military registration documents, but later provided his personal information. After verification, it was determined that the man is 30 years old.
According to the Territorial Military Commissariat, he also violated military registration rules by failing to report on time in response to a summons and has a suspended sentence.
The man was taken to the TCC, where he underwent a military medical examination. He was deemed fit for military service and was drafted and sent to one of the training centers that same day.
Officials at the Volyn Regional Military Registration and Enlistment Office and the Special Forces commented on the circumstances of the incident to journalists.
In the Odesa region, two TCC employees demanded thousands of dollars to remove someone from the wanted list.
