This will enable more than 3,600 additional families who lost their homes due to Russian strikes and received housing certificates to purchase new homes. The funds were provided by the Council of Europe Development Bank under the HOME project,” Koretsky wrote.

He noted that more than 88,000 families have received housing certificates so far, with total payments amounting to 112.6 billion hryvnias. Of these, more than 33,000 families have purchased new homes. Another 55,000 recipients are awaiting funding for their certificates.
