Under the "eBaly" program, more than 181,000 pieces of equipment have already been delivered to the front lines

As of 2026, more than 181,000 pieces of equipment—including drones, ground-based robotic systems, and electronic warfare systems—have already been ordered and delivered to Ukrainian units under the "eBaly" program.

This was announced by Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov on Telegram.

According to him, the system allows military units to independently select and order combat-proven solutions through the Brave1 Market platform, in addition to centralized procurement.

In 2026, orders for equipment totaling approximately 14 billion UAH have already been placed through the program. In fact, over 181,000 units of weapons and equipment have been delivered.

Fedorov noted that about 95% of drone units have already joined the system. He also said that the program integrates video confirmation of combat operations, creating a data set for analytics and decision-making.

Separately, he announced the expansion of “eBals” to new categories—specifically aviation, mobile fire teams against “Shahed” drones, and sniper units.

The minister emphasized that the system allows for recording combat results and using this data to advance technology and collaborate with international partners, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence.

Earlier, Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov announced the inclusion of new categories in the “Army of Drones” bonus system—a bonus that allows for converting units’ combat successes into new weaponry. From now on, points will be awarded for verified hits from sniper systems, as well as for effective operations by small-scale air defense units, including mobile fire groups and army aviation.
