Zelenskyy may meet with Trump next week
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy plans to meet with U.S. President Donald Trump during his visit to the United States next week. According to “Suspilne,” the talks may take place as part of the Ukrainian leader’s working visit.
Zelenskyy’s visit to the U.S. is scheduled for July 28. During the trip, the Ukrainian president will attend the funeral of Senator Lindsey Graham and meet directly with Trump.
It was previously reported that Zelenskyy was considering a diplomatic trip to the U.S. in July.
It was also reported that, in the event the Ukrainian president is unable to attend the planned events, discussions are currently underway regarding who will lead the Ukrainian delegation to the U.S.

Earlier, Zelenskyy offered Fedorov either a position on the National Security and Defense Council or the post of Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation. Fedorov declined, arguing that only the position of Minister of Defense provides the necessary real authority to combat corruption in procurement.

The resignation of Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi was supported by 55% of Ukrainians surveyed, according to the results of a poll conducted by the “Rating” sociological group on July 20–21, 2026.
Valeriy Zaluzhny has the highest level of trust among officials, politicians, and public figures—70%. Mykhailo Fedorov is trusted by 65% of those surveyed, Kyrylo Budanov by 62%, and Volodymyr Zelenskyy by 59%. Oleksandr Usyk is trusted by 54% of respondents, Oleksandr Syrskyi by 23%, and Petro Poroshenko by 21%.
