Zelenskyy awarded Starmer the Order of Freedom for his support of Ukraine
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy awarded British Prime Minister Keir Starmer a state honor. The head of the British government was presented with the Order of Freedom for his significant contribution to strengthening Ukrainian-British relations and his support for Ukraine.
“For his outstanding personal contribution to the development of Ukrainian-British relations and his support for Ukraine’s state sovereignty and territorial integrity, Keir Starmer — Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland,” the statement reads.
The corresponding decree No. 610/2026, dated July 15, was published on the head of state’s website.
Starmer arrived in Kyiv with an important message for Zelenskyy.
